From Roku to Google Chromecast to Amazon’s Fire TV Stick, there are quite a few different media streaming devices out there. And one of the most popular options is the Apple TV because it’s reliable and easy to use. Apple also has its own streaming service, Apple TV Plus, which has gained popularity thanks to breakout originals like Ted Lasso and Severance, as well as the numerous other movies and shows that it hosts. And while the hardware is a bit pricier than most competitors, don’t let that discourage you from seeking it out for your home theater.

Over the years, Apple has introduced a few distinct models of the well-loved Apple TV, and currently, the company sells two variations: Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K.

Whether you choose an Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K, you’re going to want to spend your hard-earned money wisely. We’ve hunted for the best deals you can currently get on Apple TV products and rounded them up here. Take a look before making your purchase to save on the entertainment you deserve, and keep checking back. We’ll update this page as deals expire and new discounts cycle through each week.

The Apple TV HD normally sells for $149, and that’s the price you’ll find directly from Apple. It comes equipped with 32GB of storage paired with Apple’s A8 chip. The Apple TV HD includes the new Siri remote and HDMI, USB-C and Ethernet ports on the back.

While not a massive savings, Amazon has $5 off of the most recent Apple TV HD. We have seen it drop lower during the holiday shopping season and sale events, but if you’re looking for one now that’s a little cheaper than retail, this may be your best bet.

If you have a 4K TV at home and want to be able to take advantage of it, this is the Apple TV for you. It comes in two options, one with 32GB of storage and the other with 64GB. It runs Apple’s A12 Bionic chip inside to maximize performance and comes with the new Siri remote, and Ethernet and USB-C ports on the back. The base price of the Apple TV 4K is $179 for the 32GB model, which is what Apple sells it for.

The 64GB Apple TV 4K offers extra storage if you’ll be downloading a lot of content or installing various games and apps. While the 32GB model is also $9 off at Amazon, it’s worth spending the extra $20 to double the storage if you want to keep it for a while.

In 2021, Apple released a new Siri remote that ditched the previous generation’s design and trackpad and brought better buttons, making it much easier to use. One of the great things is that you don’t need to upgrade your Apple TV in order to use the new remote: You can seamlessly connect it to your existing Apple TV.

If you want to keep your existing Apple TV but despise the remote, you can ditch the somewhat annoying trackpad and upgrade to make the experience better overall. Right now you can save $5 at Amazon.

While there aren’t any in stock right now, Apple does carry refurbished Apple TVs. The advantage to buying a refurb directly from Apple is that you can save some cash on the purchase and you still get a full warranty should any issues arise.
